Renault Koleos is a medium-large SUV that’s been on sale in Australia since 2008, with the current, second-generation, arriving in 2016. Coming as it does from the Renault-Nissan Alliance Koleos has a real multinational pedigree, designed in France with Japanese components and built at Renault’s Samsung factory in South Korea. Renault has added a third model to its SUV range, the mid-sized Kadjar which neatly sits between the French marque’s compact Captur and large Koleos. According to Renault the name is a mix of ‘Kad’ meaning quad and ‘Jar’ meaning agility. Kadjar is offered in Life, Zen and Intens variants. Life and Zen have halogen headlights, Intens gets LEDs.
