GREAT WALL GETS THE X-FACTOR

Great Wall Motors has added a new range topper to its Cannon ute lineup.

The Cannon-XSR dual cab ute adds a number of key features to boost off-road design
and functionality.

They include a new part-time four-wheel drive system with selectable high and low range,
plus front and rear locking differentials for extreme off-road conditions.

Crawl Mode and Turn Assist by Braking also make their debut and are unique to the XSR.
A passive front stabiliser has been added to further enhance handling while an underbody
chassis guard and unique fender guards offer the best possible protection.

There are also new rugged black 18-inch alloys fitted with 265/65 R18 All-Terrain rubber.
Red brake calipers add another unique design cue.

But the powertrain remains the same as the rest of the GWM Ute range, with a 2.0-litre
turbo-diesel mated to a ZF eight-speed auto.

Additional exterior upgrades befitting the XSR’s range-topping status can also be found in
the new front grille treatment, a sports bar that extends further along the side of the rear
tub and the addition of a snorkel.

Front and rear bumpers are made from steel to add even more toughness.

A sunroof is now also available and making its Ute debut on the XSR so that drivers and
passengers are able to add more enjoyment to their outdoor adventures.

The GWM Ute Cannon-XSR is priced from $51,490 driveaway.
