Upmarket Japanese marque Infiniti is bullocking its way into the large luxury SUV segment with the QX80, a giant among whopping wagons. Infiniti might have whopping great logos on the side of Daniel Ricciardo’s Red Bull racecar, but it’s still struggling in the dealerships. Infiniti, the upmarket division of Nissan, has launched a midsize model called the Infiniti Q50. The ‘50’ indicates that Infiniti would like this model to be seen as competing with BMW 5 Series and Audi A5. Mercedes doesn’t use the ‘5’ designation, its model is the E-Class.
