Apple CarPlay, previously optional, is now fitted as standard equipment on the X1, the X2 ranges now benefit from Apple CarPlay as standard.

CONDITION BASED SERVICING
All maintenance requirements for the BMW X1 and X2 ranges are controlled by the advanced Condition Based Servicing (CBS) system. Sensors and algorithms monitor and calculate the conditions in which a vehicle is used, distance and time elapsed since its last service, fuel consumption and how a vehicle is driven. Based on the information, maintenance requirements are determined, identifying whether an annual vehicle inspection or oil service is due.

Selected BMW service and maintenance costs can be covered by a single, one-off advance payment with BMW Service Inclusive (BSI), which is available in two packages: Basic or Plus.

In addition to the equipment upgrades, BMW Australia has reduced the price of the sDrive20i and xDrive25i X1. The sDrive20i now has a recommended price starting from $50,900 while the all-wheel drive xDrive25i is $60,900. Other X1 prices remain unchanged.
