2016 SUBARU FORESTER TS SPECIAL EDITION

Subaru was one of the earliest Japanese carmakers to tackle the Australian market, with imports dating back to 1973. The WRX’s stunning combination of turbocharged power and the road grip offered by all-wheel-drive grabbed the imagination of keen Aussie drivers and it’s no surprise that other hot models followed, including some based on the Subaru Forester SUV. NEW BUYERS FLOCK TO SUBARU OUTBACK

When it was launched two decades ago Subaru Outback was at the forefront of the steady rise in popularity of car based SUVs. For most of this boom period Outback has been a consistent but unspectacular sales performer which, despite Subaru’s clever mechanical engineering, was overlooked for taller, more stylish and cheaper competitors. All that changed with the arrival of the latest, fifth-generation, model in December 2014. Price cuts of between $2000 and $10,000 were the hook that got potential buyers into the Subaru showrooms where they were presented with… Read more

SUBARU UPDATES ITS RANGE FOR 2016

2016 Subaru Forester

Taken in isolation the year 2015 is one where it’s easy to ponder that Subaru Australia was the mouse that roared. The facts are Subaru has been growling for 16 years out of the past 18 years – that’s how many years it has increased volume sales. The two years it failed to exceed the previous year were due to factors outside their control namely the GFC and the Japanese tsunami.
