Audi A5 Coupe
Audi A5 has been around since 2007 when the German carmaker split its mid-sized models into two, with the sedans and wagons continuing as A4 and the sportier coupe and cabriolet models renamed A5.
In conjunction with the launch of its latest A4 Audi has released upgraded versions of its A5 Sportback five-door coupe, two-door coupe and cabriolet models.
Audi A5 has always been a good looking vehicle, especially in coupe and convertible form. If anything the changes for the MY2020 has made them even more exciting than ever.
Many of the design changes in the A5 are carried over from the A4 including the lower grille and headlight that give the cars a wider, sportier appearance as well as 19-inch alloy wheels.
All models come with the S line exterior package as standard
Each of the three variants comes with a choice of two 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engines with different levels of tune and either two- or all-wheel drive.
The A5 40 TSFI is front-wheel drive and generates 140 kW and 320 Nm from 1450 rpm. The 45 TFSI quattro all-wheel drive has a power output of 183 kW with peak torque of 370 Nm from 1600 rpm. As is the case with the A4 petrol models all A5 models come with MHEV mild-hybrid technology which slightly reduce both fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
Audi A5 Sportback
A5 Sportback has a boot capacity of from 465 to 1280 litres. The Coupe gets marginally less at 450 litres while the Convertible does fairly well for its type with 370 litres.
There are nine exterior colours and six interior schemes.
There are three option packages, S line sport, Premium plus and Carbon and black.
The S line Sport package has 20-inch wheels, matte brush aluminium inlays and Nappa leather upholstery.
Premium Plus brings an advanced Bang & Olufsen sound system, colour interior lighting, laser light headlights, head-up display and a panoramic sunroof.
The Carbon and Black option provides a black exterior package, carbon twill inlays and carbon mirror caps and spoiler.
