Couriers have access to another electric option with the launch of LDV’s all-new, bread and butter eDeliver 7. It joins the larger eDeliver 9 van, as well as LDV’s first electric ute, the eT60, and MIFA 9 electric people mover. LDV UPDATES ITS T60 UTE

LDV has launched an updated version of its sporty T60 utility. Exterior changes for the MY23 T60 Max Pro include newly designed side steps, full chrome sports bar, roof rails and a soft-release tail gate. The higher-specced T60 Luxe adds body coloured door mirrors, 19-inch black alloys fitted with 240km/h rated Continental tyres, black wheel arches, black side steps, black roof rails, and black rear sports bar with sail plane. NOT ELECTRIC, NOT HYBRID – BUT DON’T BE MIFA(D)

LDV’s new Mifa people mover is coming, but it’s not the electric one – at least not yet. Arriving this month Mifa comes in three grades – Mode, Executive and Luxe – powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine which delivers 160kW of power and 360Nm of torque, through an 8-speed Japanese Aisin automatic gearbox. UPDATED LDV T60 MAX LAUNCHED IN AUSTRALIA

LDV has launched an updated version of its sporty T60 Max utility. Prices start with the Pro Manual at $33,990, the Pro Automatic $35,990, Luxe Manual $38,490 and Luxe Automatic at $40,490. All prices are driveaway for ABN holders. Both models are powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder bi-turbo diesel engine with 160kW at 4000rpm and 500Nm from just 1500rpm and drives through a six-speed manual or an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. LDV DELIVER 9 BUS AND CAB CHASSIS INTRODUCED

The LDV Deliver 9 range has been expanded with the introduction of a bus and cab chassis. Power come from a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel (110kW / 375Nm) driving though a six-speed automatic transmission. The Deliver 9 cab chassis has a six-speed manual option. With a 2.4 tonne payload and braked towing capacity of 2.8 tonnes, the Deliver 9 Cab Chassis sits on a ladder frame, has a 3760mm wheelbase and is 2094mm wide. It has dual rear wheels. LDV’s Deliver 9 has been launched in three variants: the standard wheelbase MR (mid roof); the long wheelbase MR; and the long wheelbase HR (high roof). There’s also a cab chassis option, and 11 or 14-seat bus configurations (in mid and long wheelbase, plus mid and high roof) are also available. LDV T60 TRAILRIDER 2

The LDV T60 Trailrider 2 has arrived in Australia. It’s the second LDV vehicle to be powered by SAIC’s (Shanghai Automobile and Industrial Corporation), first in-house designed D20 diesel engine. It has a 2.0-litre four-cylinder powerplant that features Bosch’s third generation, high-pressure common rail direct fuel injection technology. It produces 120kW of power at 4,000rpm and 375Nm of torque from 1500rpm. It has the now standard suspension tune designed specifically for Australian conditions. A new, powerful and fuel-efficient D90 bi-turbo diesel has joined LDV’s large SUV variants. The new D20 diesel unit is SAIC’s first in-house designed engine. A 2.0-litre, bi-turbo four-cylinder it produces 160kW and 480Nm. It’s a small block design and electronically controlled, high-pressure common rail technology, combined with an all-new eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. LDV Automotive has launched its T60 Luxe Mega Tub in Australia. it has the second longest wheelbase and longest OEM tub in its class – only the RAM 1500 is bigger, and it’s sort-of in a different (larger) class.
