The LDV Deliver 9 range has been expanded with the introduction of a bus and cab chassis.
Power come from a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel (110kW / 375Nm) driving though a six-speed automatic transmission. The Deliver 9 cab chassis has a six-speed manual option.
With a 2.4 tonne payload and braked towing capacity of 2.8 tonnes, the Deliver 9 Cab Chassis sits on a ladder frame, has a 3760mm wheelbase and is 2094mm wide. It has dual rear wheels.
The Deliver 9 bus has Bosch electronic stability control, there’s autonomous emergency braking and lane departure warning. Cruise control make for more relaxed driving, particularly on long country trips.
Entry and exit are helped by an electric retractable side step, sliding side door and a wide central aisle. Separate rear air conditioning makes passengers in the bus more comfortable.
An eight-way adjustable driver’s seat lets them set their preferred seating position, and a 4.2-inch LCD display puts vehicle information at their fingertips. Steering wheel controls let you use the 10-inch infotainment system. There is Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth connectivity.
The all-new LDV Deliver 9 bus and cab chassis come with a factory-backed three-year/160,000km (whichever occurs first) warranty. There is capped pricing for scheduled services up to three years or 95,000 km (whichever occurs first).
“Deliver 9 is all about delivering more for less in the van segment,” says Dinesh Chinnappa, LDV General Manager. “The vans represent outstanding value and don’t compromise on comfort or safety.
