Kia has announced details of the latest version of its Picanto city car. Cars of this size have historically been poor sellers in Australia with its sprawling suburbs however increasing environmental awareness did there was a surge in popularity of the segment which saw Kia begin importing the Picanto in 2015. Kia has provided details of a refreshed version of its Picanto compact hatchback with styling changes, safety improvements and advanced technology. Kia’s baby Picanto hatch was last upgraded in June, 2020. It saw a refreshed, more distinctive appearance and greater differentiation for higher grade models. The so-called ‘tiger-nose’ grille remains sleek and sporty but with a sharper and more assertive appearance.
