HONDA CR-V SPECIAL EDITIONS

Honda Australia has added two special edition models to the CR-V line-up with the release
of the CR-V Black Edition and CR-V VTi 7 +Luxe.

Both special edition variants are powered by the 1.5-litre VTEC Turbo engine and fitted
with keyless entry and push button start, Advanced Display Audio seven-inch colour
touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as the Honda ‘Sensing’ suite of
driver-assist and safety technologies.

Based on the CR-V VTi, the new CR-V Black Edition has many additional features, as well
as a multitude of bespoke ‘Black Edition’ touches.

The extra features fitted to the Black Edition are normally only available on higher-
specification VTi X, VTi L AWD, VTi L7 or VTi LX AWD grades, including LED headlights
with Active Cornering Lights, heated front seats, leather-appointed seat trim and 18-inch
alloy wheels.

Black Edition has gloss black alloy wheels, smoked headlight treatment, piano black
bumper garnishes and dark trivalent chromium finishes around the vehicle.

On the inside are embroidered ‘Black Edition’ logos on the front seats, piano black trim on
the steering wheel, black around the Display Audio screen, gearshift and ventilation
controls, as well as on the door handles and door trim garnishes.

The black theme even extends to the roof lining on the special edition, while a matte-finish
dark wood treatment has been applied to the centre console, door trims and dashboard
inlays.

The Honda CR-V Black Edition is available exclusively in Crystal Black and Platinum
White pearlescent exterior paint colours.

“The CR-V continues to be a popular choice for private buyers in the Medium SUV
segment, offering a broad range of equipment and trim levels to cater to the specific needs
of customers, across both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations, and with
five-seat and seven-seat layouts,” said Honda Australia Chief Operating Officer, Mr.
Stephen Collins.

“The two new special editions raise the level of style and sophistication on offer in the CR-
V range even further, with a focus on design elements and luxury features, while still
delivering outstanding value for money to customers in the market for a new SUV.

“The Black Edition is stylish and packed with premium equipment and will appeal to
customers who love the impressive space and versatility of CR-V, whilst standing out from
the crowd at the same time.”

The new CR-V VTi 7 +Luxe is based on the CR-V VTi 7. Key luxury additions comprising
leather-appointed seat trim, heated front seats and eight-way power adjustable driver’s
seat with two-position memory, all of which are normally restricted to the high-series VTi L
AWD grade and above.

“The VTi 7 +Luxe is one of the most affordable leather trim offerings in the medium SUV
segment and will appeal to family buyers who want seven-seat capacity with added luxury
features,” Mr. Collins said.

Available in five exterior colours: Ignite Red, Cosmic Blue, Lunar Silver and Meteoroid
Grey (all metallic). Plus Platinum White pearlescent – the special edition VTi 7 +Luxe joins
the CR-V range with a national drive away price of $43,700*.

The CR-V Black Edition and CR-V VTi 7 +Luxe are available to view via the ‘Build & Price’
configurator on the Honda website from today, as well as pre-order from Honda Centres,
while the vehicles are scheduled to begin arriving at Honda Centres around the country
over the coming weeks.
