Renault Australia has released details of the 2021 Koleos and Megane ranges which are due to arrive Downunder in March.

Update sees the safety provided by LED headlamps and automatic high/low beam added to Life and Zen.

The range-topping Intens has black Nappa leather upholstery, driver’s seat with memory and massage function, new headrests and cushion length adjustment for driver and front passenger, side-mirror tilt feature when reversing, dynamic turn signals and LED reversing lights.

Hill descent control is installed in the all-wheel-drive models.

Recommended retail pricing for Koleos Life remains at $32,990 while Zen and Intens models have increased by $300.

Renault Megane RS

The only Megane R.S. imported to Australia will be range-topping Trophy. It has plenty of power from the 1.8-litre turbo-petrol engine, delivering 221kW and available with a choice of six-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmissions.

Additional features in the MY21 update include the addition of low-speed autonomous emergency braking system, a 10-inch driver display, a 9.3-inch portrait touchscreen with the EasyLink multimedia system and a new shark-fin style antenna.

Customers can option up the award-winning Megane hot hatch with a panoramic sunroof and a performance package complete with Recaro seats and Fuji lightweight alloy wheels.

Recommended retail pricing for the Megane R.S. models has increased by just $500.

“Koleos had a great result in 2020, recording a total of 2,408 sales in a year that presented the toughest selling conditions in memory,” said Renault Australia Managing Director Anouk Poelmann.

“The upgraded version adds a raft of new creature comforts and we are confident the momentum built in 2020 will continue when the new model arrives.”
